We are situated next door to the famous Maple Leaf Club, one of Southampton's premier venues for entertainment events and private parties, and as well as providing access to the Club we are happy to take advance block bookings subject to availability.

Our bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Most rooms have en suite facilities, colour television, and other amenities. At the Circle Guest House we provide a mixture of single rooms, double rooms and twin bedrooms.

Families are always welcome and cots can be provided upon request. Tea & coffee facilities and free parking is also available. Our friendly and helpful staff are always on hand should you have any additional requirements during your stay.

For such a central location and good quality accommodation our room rates are highly competitive. Prices, which include breakfast, for our single rooms are £25 + VAT, and for double and twin rooms are £45 + VAT. Our excellent breakfast is served between 7.30am and 9.00am and will set you up for your day ahead.

Finally, for those looking for a longer stay we can provide long term accommodation in a well furnished and comfortable flat, or alternatively in a shared house within close proximity to the Circle Guest House and the Southampton city centre.
